In addition, we are not responsible for the information collection, use, disclosure, or security policies or practices of other organizations, such as Facebook, Apple, Google, Microsoft, RIM, or any other app developer, app provider, operating system provider, wireless service provider, or device manufacturer, including with respect to any Personal Information you disclose to other organizations through or in connection with our apps.

USE OF SERVICES BY CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 16
Our Services is not intended for children under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under 16. If you are under 16, do not provide any information on the Services or on or through any of its features, register on the Services, make any purchases through the Services, use any of the interactive or public comment features of the Services or provide any information about yourself to us, including your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address or any screen name or user name you may use. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under 16 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information. PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT ABOUT YOU AND HOW WE COLLECT IT
“Personal Information” is information that identifies you as an individual or relates to an identifiable individual. We may collect several types of Personal Information from and about users of our Services, including:
- Contact information, such as name, postal address, email address, and phone number.
- Demographic information, such as age, date of birth, gender, job information, and postal code.
- Login information, such as username, password, and security questions and answers.
- Payment and financial details, such as payment card number, expiration date, authentication code, billing address, and bank account number.

CHOICES AND ACCESS

Where we process your data on the basis that you have consented to such processing, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time by emailing us at info@ecpower.com. You must provide sufficient information that allows us to reasonably verify you are the person about whom we collected Personal Information. Please describe your request with sufficient detail that allows us to properly understand, evaluate, and respond to it. We cannot respond to your request or provide you with Personal Information if we cannot verify your identity or authority to make the request and confirm the Personal Information relates to you. We will only use Personal Information provided in a verifiable consumer request or access request, as applicable, to verify the requestor’s identity or authority to make the request. We may not accommodate a request to change or delete information if we believe the change or deletion would violate any law or legal requirement or cause the information to be incorrect.
DATA SECURITY
We have implemented measures intended to protect your Personal Information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration and disclosure. Please note that the electronic transmission of information is not completely secure. We cannot guarantee that the security measures we have in place to safeguard Personal Information will never be defeated or fail, or that such measures will always be sufficient or effective. JURISDICTION AND CROSS-BORDER TRANSFER
The Services is hosted in the United States and is subject to United States law. California Civil Code Section § 1798.83 permits users of our Services who are California residents to request certain information regarding our disclosure of Personal Information to third parties and our affiliates for their direct marketing purposes.
